A ikaun subscription includes knowledge hosting, beautiful design templates, customer support, and access to our platform for creating knowledge rich websites and mobile experiences. First Things, first... 

After starting your trial, we recommend you watch the Getting Started video series and documentation to learn how the platform works. This will get you up to speed on the key concepts you’ll need to understand. After that, feel free to dive into more advanced tops. 

Signing up 

Your 2-week trial is full featured and can be used to start building your solution by adding content and inviting people. After this period, you can Sign-up by accessing Administration...Accounts...Billing 

Designing Your Site 

The visual presentation of your content is key to creating an engaging experience and ikaun gives you a broad toolbox for creating great designs. The following on so key topics you should review when designing your site:

Inviting People 

With ikaun you can invite anyone to your site using the Hamburger Menu...Invite Users. Simply specify an email address and they will receive an invite to sign-up and sign-in. If you are a large organization you’ll want to learn about our single-sign options that allow your site to automatically let authorized people into your site because they work for your firm. 

Importing Content 

For Premium customers, automatically importing content from internal systems is a powerful way to create rich knowledge catalogues automatically without requiring people to input information into ikaun. It is by far the best way to ensure your knowledge is kept up as new information comes available at your firm.
